Harmonization of conduct activities

This is a placeholder-page for the full legal text of the regulator techincal standard (RTS) on harmonization of conduct activites, supplementing DORA. It was submitted by the ESAs to the European Commission in January 2024 as mandated by Article 41(1) of DORA. It is expected to become applicable on 17 January 2025 along with DORA.

The RTS harmonization of conduct activities delineates standardized conditions for facilitating oversight activities concerning ICT third-party service providers designated as critical (CTPPs) under Regulation (EU) 2022/25541 (DORA). Mandated by Article 41(1), it specifies requirements for the provision of information by ICT third-party service providers, criteria for joint examination team composition, and details of competent authorities' assessments.
