RTS Joint examination teams

This is a placeholder-page for the full legal text of the regulatory technical standard (RTS) on joint examination teams, supplementing DORA. It was submitted by the ESAs to the European Commission in July 2024 as mandated by Article 41. It is expected to become applicable on 17 January 2025 along with DORA.

The RTS on joint examination teams is developed in accordance with Article 41(1), point (c) of DORA, tasked to the ESAs. Its purpose is to harmonize oversight activities of ICT third-party service providers, focusing on the composition and tasks of joint examination teams.
