The ICT third-party service providermeans an undertaking providing ICT services; shall submit its complete reasoned application, which contains all information necessary for the purpose of designation as critical in Article 1 of this Regulation, to the relevant ESAEuropean Supervisory Authority, via means determined by the ESAsEuropean Supervisory Authority.

Where the relevant ESAEuropean Supervisory Authority considers that information provided in the application is incomplete, it shall reject the application and request the missing information.
